Slow Cooker Pork Roast

1 pork roast 

1 cup cola soft drink 

1 package brown gravy mix 

3 to 4 potatoes

1 cup baby carrots 

1 onion, quartered

Preparation

Place roast in slow cooker. Add cola and gravy mix. Cook on high for 8 hours. In the last hour, add potatoes, carrots and onion.
