Southwestern-Spiced Pork Tenderloin

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon cumin 

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

2 to 2 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin

Preparation

Mix spices together in a small bowl and rub onto all sides of the meat. Refrigerate overnight. Place in a slow cooker on low heat and cook 4 hours. Transfer to a cutting board, and let rest about 10 minutes before slicing.
