CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE BARS

Ingredients

1 (16.5-ounce) tube refrigerated cookie dough
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut cookie dough in half; press one half into the bottom of a greased 8-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, egg and sugar. Mix until smooth. Spread mixture over cookie dough. Sprinkle with the remaining cookie dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
