HAWAIIAN-STYLE CHICKEN
Ingredients
6-8 bone-in chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
1 (16-ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
Preparation
Place chicken in a greased 9- x 13-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine lemon juice, soy sauce and pineapple juice and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Place pineapple slices over chicken. Return to oven and bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
