Grape Salad with Roasted Peanuts

Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 15 minutes 

2 pounds seedless green grapes

1 pound seedless red grapes

1 cup granulated sugar

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

8 ounces sour cream

Brown sugar

Southern roasted peanuts, chopped

Preparation

Separate grapes from vine; wash and dry. Mix granulated sugar, cream cheese and sour cream. Place grapes in a serving bowl and stir in white mixture.     Sprinkle with brown sugar and top with peanuts. Chill and serve.
