Tomato And Bacon Pasta
1 (16-ounce) box bow tie pasta
6 slices bacon
1/2 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained

Servings: 4 to 6
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, fry bacon to crispy. Remove from pan and crumble. Set aside.
Drain away all but 2 tablespoons of bacon grease. Return skillet to medium heat.
Add onion and cook until translucent, 5 to 7 minutes.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes and stir well. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 minutes.
Add crumbled bacon and mix well. Add pasta and toss to coat in the sauce. Serve hot.
