SUGARLESS APPLE PIE
1 (6-ounce) can frozen apple juice, thawed and undiluted
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 golden delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
2 (10-inch) pie shells
Combine juice and cornstarch in a saucepan, blending well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add margarine and cinnamon and mix until margarine melts. Stir in apples. Spoon mixture into 1 pie shell. Top with second shell and seal. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer.
