CHEESEBURGER TOPPING BACON MUSHROOM
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2.5-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Grill burgers on one side. After turning, during last several minutes of cooking, spoon about 1/4 cup topping over each patty. Continue grilling until cheese is melted and burgers are done. Makes enough for 8 burgers.
