2 (4.5-ounce) cans shrimp or one small bag frozen salad shrimp, thawed
1 (8-ounce) package medium shell macaroni
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1 envelope Ranch buttermilk dressing mix, prepared according to package directions
Drain shrimp and place in ice water for 30 minutes; drain well. Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package directions and rinse in cold water. Combine drained shrimp and macaroni with celery and pickle relish. Stir in enough dressing to coat well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Makes 10-12 servings.
