Ingredients
1 pound frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 (16-ounce) container fat-free sour cream
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
Put frozen chicken in bottom of crock pot. Mix condensed soup, sour cream, onion soup mix and pour over chicken. Cook on low for seven hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Note: Counts as four Weight Watchers points
