Ingredients
3 eggs
2/3 cup oil
2 cups self-rising corn meal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sugar
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup whole kernel corn
Preparation
Beat eggs. Add oil, meal, soda, then all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased and heated skillet. Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees
