Ingredients

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained, juice reserved
1 (30-ounce) or 2 (15-ounce) cans fruit cocktail, drained, juice reserved
3 large bananas (sliced)
1 (3-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix

Preparation

Mix pineapple chunks, fruit cocktail and sliced bananas in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

Add the pudding mix to the pineapple juice and mix thoroughly. If mixture is thicker than desired, add some of the fruit cocktail juice. Pour the pudding mixture over the fruit and mix. Chill and serve. Makes approximately 12 (1/2-cup) servings.
