Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 30 minutes 

18.5-ounce box strawberry cake mix

2 eggs

1/3 cup cooking oil

Glaze:

1 cup powered sugar

1/2 – 2 tablespoons water or milk

Serve with fresh strawberries.

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil. The batter will be thick. Using fingers, press dough into pan. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or as directed on cake mix box. Allow brownies to cool 10 minutes. Mix powered sugar and water until smooth, and remove from pan. Pour glaze over brownies, and spread to the edges so the glaze drips down the sides. Allow brownies and glaze to set before cutting.
