Steak Marinade

Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 24 hours

(5 minutes active) 

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup olive oil 

Black pepper, to taste 

Preparation

Place marinade and steaks in a bowl or zip-top bag. Marinate for 24 hours and cook as desired.
