Beef Ball Appetizer

Start-to-finish: 40 minutes (10 minutes active)
Serves 4

1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 1-ounce packet dry buttermilk ranch dressing
1 2.5-ounce jar dried beef, finely chopped
2 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine bell pepper, onion, ranch dressing and beef in a bowl. Add cream cheese and mix until well blended. Shape into ball and roll in pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
