Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 1 hour, 10 minutes
(10 minutes active) Serves 3-4

1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, sliced
4 small to medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 carrots, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 F. Form patties with the beef. Place each patty on a piece of aluminum foil. Top each patty with onion, potato and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap each prepared patty and vegetables in foil and bake 1 hour.
