EASY CHEESE BALL
2 (8-ounce) packages reduced-fat cream cheese
1 package Ranch dressing mix
½-pound cooked bacon, crumbled
Soften the cream cheese until room temperature. In large bowl (or use your food processor) blend the cheese and dressing until well incorporated. Stir in the bacon, then shape mixture into a ball. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Before serving, roll ball in chopped pecans.
