SQUASH DRESSING

Ingredients

3 cups boiled squash
3 cups crumbled corn bread
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/2 onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 egg
1 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake in 400-degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes until top is light brown.
Note: Debbie recommends cooking cornbread the day before to save time.
