PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 (8-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping (thawed), plus more for serving
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
1 graham cracker or chocolate crumb crust

Preparation

In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter with electric mixer until smooth. Add container of whipped topping and milk and mix. Fold in chocolate chips if desired. Spoon into pie shell; cover and freeze. Serve with additional whipped topping.
