4 chicken breasts
2 (10-ounce) boxes frozen broccoli spears
Garlic salt to taste
1 to 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
1/3 cup sherry (or water)
Boil chicken until tender; drain, skin and debone (may be prepared ahead and frozen). Cook broccoli according to package directions. Place broccoli in 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish; sprinkle with garlic salt. Top with chicken and a little grated cheddar cheese. Heat sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl until cheese melts. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
