FUDGE BROWNIE PIE

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup unsifted plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

In small mixing bowl, blend in eggs, sugar and melted butter; set aside. In separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into lightly greased 8-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (pie will not test done). Cool. Serve topped with ice cream and hot fudge sauce or top with whipped cream and serve ice cream on the side.
