HOT CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients

1 whole fryer, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
2 cups diced celery
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced thin
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (9-ounce) bag plain potato chips

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except potato chips. Put into 2-quart dish. Crush potato chips over casserole, bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly hot. Serves 12.
