MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE
1 box butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup oil
1 (6-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix the cake mix, oranges, eggs, and oil together. Beat well. Pour into three 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until tests done. Cool and frost.
For frosting: Mix pudding mix, whipped topping and crushed pineapple together. Frost cake. Store in refrigerator.
