2 1/2 pounds seedless grapes (about 5 cups each red and green grapes)
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup toasted pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
Wash and dry grapes. Place in a large serving bowl. In a separate bowl, mix next four ingredients. Pour mixture over grapes. Chill. Before serving, sprinkle pecans and brown sugar over top of salad.
