FREEZER CREAM CHEESE SANDWICHES
1 box lemon gelatin, small
1 cup hot water
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 (12- or 16-ounce container) whipped topping
1 box honey graham crackers, divided
Dissolve lemon gelatin in hot water. Cool. Beat cream cheese with sugar and mix in gelatin. Fold in whipped topping. Line 9- x 13-inch dish with graham crackers and spread with filling. Top with crackers placed in same position as bottom layer. Freeze and cut into squares.
