Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 4 hours, 30 minutes (30 minutes active) Serves 6-8
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
12-ounce can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 F. Combine eggs, butter, milk and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat until well blended. Add sugar and cocoa and blend until smooth. Pour into crust and bake for 35 minutes, until center is set.
