MEXICAN FIESTA SOUP

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 (16-ounce) can pinto beans, drained
1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16-ounce) can black beans, drained
1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
Shredded cheese, chopped green onions and sour cream (optional)

Preparation

Brown meat and drain. Combine beef and all remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook for at least three hours. Garnish each serving with cheese, green onions and sour cream, if desired. Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Makes 6-8 servings.
