NAN’S CROCKPOT PORK ROAST

Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (3-pound) pork roast
1 1/2 cups instant rice, uncooked

Preparation

Combine celery soup, mushroom soup, water and dry onion soup mix, blending well. Pour into a greased slow cooker. Add roast. Cover and cook on high for 4 1/2 hours. Stir in rice. Turn heat to low and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until rice is tender. Makes 6-8 servings.
