Ingredients
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 cups sliced, fresh pears
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons melted margarine
Preparation
Place pears in unbaked piecrust. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, sugar, flour, and margarine. Pour mixture over pears and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until slightly set and light brown. Best served warm.
