1 pound bulk sausage
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 small can green chili peppers
2 cups grated cheese
1 loaf bakery bread
1 bag scoop-style corn chips
Stir fry sausage and set aside. Mix next 4 ingredients in a large bowl, and then add the sausage. Scoop out the inside of the bread loaf; fill with sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with chips.
