Ingredients

1 10-ounce package frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup melted margarine
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 7-ounce package cornbread muffin mix

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order as listed and pour into 9-x-13-inch baking pan. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Slice in squares and serve on platter.
