Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
4 eggs beaten
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped fine
1 teaspoon salt
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and pour into 10-inch skillet. Bake at 400 F for 35 minutes or until.
