Ingredients

1 1/4 cups self-rising cornmeal
1/4 cup corn oil
2 eggs
1 cup cream style corn
1 cup chopped sweet onions
8-ounce carton sour cream

Preparation

Mix first five ingredients together. Fold in sour cream. Bake in greased 10-inch iron skillet at 450 F for about 30 minutes or until brown. Bread may also be baked in muffin tin or corn stick pan.
