Ingredients

1 cup buttermilk
2 cups self-rising cornmeal
3 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon red pepper
1 cup grated cheese
1 can Mexicorn

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and pour in a greased 9-x13-inch pan. Bake about 40 minutes at 400 F.
