Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
3/4 cup cheese, shredded
1/2 cup oil
3 jalapeño peppers, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can cream corn
3/4 cup milk

Preparation

Heat oven to 450 F. Generously grease skillet and let it warm in oven. Mix ingredients and pour into hot skillet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
