Ingredients

3 eggs
1 onion, diced
1 8-ounce carton sour cream
1 10-ounce package frozen broccoli, thawed
8 ounces shredded cheese
8 ounces self-rising corn meal

Preparation

Saute onion in butter. Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased dish or skillet. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes or until tested done in center.
