Ingredients

1 cup self-rising cornmeal
1 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 4-ounce can green chilies, chopped
1 16-ounce can cream style corn
4 eggs
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 F. Grease a 9-x-13-inch casserole dish. Combine all ingredients, mix well and pour into dish. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
