SUMTER COUNTY – Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients

1 package chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1 can Mexicorn, drained
1 large onion, chopped
6 ounces grated cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine, melted
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cornbread mix. Stir well; add cornbread mix. Pour into greased 9-x-13-inch pan. Bake at 450 F for 20 minutes.
