Ingredients

1 7-ounce package yellow cornbread mix
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 large egg
1 pinch nutmeg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order and pour into a greased cast iron skillet. Bake at 425 F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
