Blueberry Banana Pound Cake

Ingredients

Jamie Lazenby, Lee County

1 ½ cups canola oil

2 ½ cups sugar

3 eggs

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup oat flour

1 tsp. baking soda

¾ tsp. salt

½ cup buttermilk 

2 bananas, mashed

1 ½ tsp. vanilla 

1 cup walnuts or pecans

¾ cup blueberries

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs.  Add flour, baking soda, salt and mix together.  Add buttermilk, bananas, and vanilla.  Toss in nuts and blueberries.  Bake in a greased tube pan at 325 for approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes.
