Ingredients

10 slices crisp applewood bacon, chopped 

10 grape tomatoes, diced

1 1/2 cups finely chopped Fresh Express lettuce trio

Scant 1/4 cup Blue Plate sandwich spread

2 packages of 15-count Athens  filo shells

2 tablespoons chopped chives

Preparation

Combine bacon, tomatoes and lettuce in a bowl.  Slowly add sandwich spread and stir until coated.  Spoon mixture into shells and sprinkle chives over the tops.
