Ingredients

Leftover smashed potatoes (refrigerated at least 12 hours)
1 stick butter or margarine

Preparation

Form refrigerated potatoes into patties. Melt butter/margarine in skillet.
When hot, add patties, cooking until brown on each side. Great with bacon and eggs for breakfast.
