Ingredients

1 pound fresh lump crabmeat
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup ice water
3 ounces apple cider vinegar
1 medium sweet onion, chopped very fine (slivers are good)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Preparation

Put crabmeat in non-reactive container with a tight-fitting lid. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over crab meat. Put lid on and turn upside down to mix. Try to not break up the crab meat. For best flavor, refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Drain and serve.
