SELF-CRUST EGG CUSTARD
Ingredients
1 (13-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons plain flour
3 eggs
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
Nutmeg to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend together well with electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
