One-Minute Chocolate Icing:

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
2-3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa; add milk and mix well. Place over medium heat; add butter, stirring to melt. Bring to a boil, and boil for 1 minute. (Miz Linnie boils until icing reaches soft-ball stage.) Remove from heat and beat until creamy and ready to spread.
