2 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups sugar
Cut oranges in halves, and grate two of the halves. Squeeze as much juice and pulp from oranges as possible. Combine orange zest, juice and pulp in a saucepan. Beat egg yolks well. Add yolks and sugar to juice. Place over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar is melted and mixture thickens slightly.
