2 tablespoons oil
3 slices country ham
1/2 cup light brown sugar, optional
1 cup strongly brewed coffee
Heat oil over heat in a skillet. Add ham slices and cook about 5 minutes, until ham is browned. Remove ham from skillet; add brown sugar and coffee. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes. Serve with ham slices and hot biscuits.
