1 box double-crust pepperoni pizza kit
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup green or black olives, chopped
8-16 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
Prepare pizza dough as package directs but combining both crusts into one. Grease hands and spread into a greased 12-inch pizza pan or 9- x 13-inch casserole, pushing dough slightly up sides of pan. Pour packaged sauce over dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese from package. Layer with the ground beef, onion, bell pepper and olives. Arrange mozzarella cheese slices to cover pizza. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, until crust is browned and cheese melts. Makes 4-6 servings.
