APPLE BUTTER PIE
Ingredients
2 cups apple butter
1 (12-ounce) carton non-dairy whipped topping
1 box cinnamon-honey graham crackers
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, fold apple butter into whipped topping, blending well. Line bottom of a 9- x – 13-inch pan with graham crackers; spread half of the apple butter mixture evenly over crackers. Repeat layers. Refrigerate 6-12 hours before serving. (NOTE: Can be frozen and served directly out of freezer.)
