BISCUIT PUDDING
Ingredients
1 cup crumbled leftover biscuits
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
Place crumbs in a 9-inch square or round cake pan. Pour milk over crumbs; let stand 5 minutes, or until crumbs are soft. Add other ingredients, mixing well. Bake at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes, or until thickened and lightly browned.
